Job Role and Responsibilities
The Instructor – English will be responsible for:
- Conducting English language training sessions for apprentices across various district offices.
- Designing and implementing effective teaching methodologies to improve English language proficiency.
- Collaborating with district teams to align training programs with NAITA’s goals.
- Preparing training materials and evaluating apprentice performance.
Qualifications Required
Candidates must meet one of the following qualification criteria:
- Government-Trained Teacher:
- Qualified in the field of English.
- At least one year of experience teaching English in government or reputed international schools.
- Diploma Holder in English:
- Full-time diploma in English (minimum one year) from government-approved institutions.
- At least two years of experience teaching English in government or reputed international schools.
- Graduate in English:
- Bachelor’s degree in English recognized by the UGC.
